During the Artist Boat field trip I learned the proper way to kayak. I also learned about wetlands. I learned that testing for turbidity, salinity, and pH helps to protect the ecosystem. If we didn't test for these things we wouldn't know what the water is like and if it was safe for the environment.Turbidity is checking the water to see if it is healthy for the living things in the environment.
